Penstemon eatonni  Firecracker Penstemon is a perennial that grows 12 to 36 inches high. Brilliant scarlet, tubular flowers are borne over a basal rosette of foliage. Somewhat drought tolerant. Blooms from June to August. Very eye-catching.
