I have lived in Oregonover 75 years, this Dark Green Early Perfection pea is the best for freezing and eating fresh. It grows well in Oregons food belt and does well in the, cold night- warm days of Central Oregon. Most of the crop is produced in about 2 weeks of first picking or about three major pickings. This makes them great for the home freezer. They will produce fresh table use for about 2 months if kept watered and futilized. I use a field fence trellis that I find improves the yeald by double. If you like Wando peas, you will love early perfection.
