Sunflower microgreens

I have had very good luck with these microgreens, they are srta nutty with lots of body, a favorite. To a 10x10 tray I use 3oz of seeds. I grow my microgreens in a soil called "Happy Frog" that I buy from Ali's Organics because of it's properties in the potting soil, very good results!
